What was the highlight of VR Queen Street Hotel & Suites
It's a nice place to stay. I will consider it my first choice if I come again.
I booked a Suite. The rooms were nice looking and quite though they were close to the main road. I particularly liked the sitting room and the open kitchen. Kitchen wares were adequate and everything looked warm and tidy.
The thermostat did not functioned properly I guess. I stayed there five nights. The first day seemed a bit cold inside the room and I tried to adjust the temperature but the device didn't response. Finally I opted to give up.

Pleasant
Room size was value for money. Clean. Comfortable
The bed was awful!! Did not realise until getting up on the second morning that the mattress was upside down. We were laying on springs for 2 nights. Either the mattress was srained and turned over or they don't know what a pillow top bed is. You can not turn modern mattresses over these days as they are 1 sided. It was horrible. A bed makes a hotel stay.
